Sales Contract
The following information is to be read and fully understood before signing.This is a binding and non-voidable contract in which the breeder (seller) and the purchaser shall be held to.
1)The seller guarantees this puppy to be good health at the time of sale.
2)The health of said puppy will be guaranteed for one year, from the date of birth, by the breeder (seller) if and only if the cause of death was a result which can clearly be attributed to the seller or by genetic defect.Neglect by the purchaser IS NOT COVERED.Under the Health Guarantee, the purchaser must have all health records and an explanation of the cause of death recorded by a licensed veterinarian, and give the breeder (seller) rights to the remains for further testing if necessary.After the death has been traced to a fault in breeding, the purchaser will receive a new puppy of equal or lesser value from the next litter born.(No Cash Refunds)
3)The purchaser agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 120 hours of the final sale. (5 days)
4)Should it be determined that the puppy is in ill health within 72 hours of the final sale, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may be returned with a written diagnosis from said veterinarian for another puppy of equal value.If there are no remaining puppies from said litter, then the purchaser will have rights to a puppy of equal or lesser value from the next litter.(No Cash Refunds)
5)All Merles will be sold with limited AKC registration. No EXCEPTIONS.
As the breeder and seller of this puppy, I would like to be the first person notified if you decide that you can no longer, under any circumstance, keep this puppy (dog).I want the opportunity to purchase back the animal or assist you in finding a new, suitable home.
I have read and fully understood the above contract. I promise as the purchaser and breeder (seller) of this puppy, to adhere and abide by it.
